Goodness gracious I adore Roky Erickson. He is truly a living legend with a fascinating story. I saw one of his first (may have been his very first) concerts after a long time away from performing. I'm not sure if he knew where he was or what he was expected to do. I sat up in the balcony, and his parents were sitting next to us, signing along with every song. The show was like a baptist revival, only much more psychedelic. I will never forget it. Be sure to check out the documentary "You're Gonna Miss Me". I also like "Bloody Hammer", and "Creature with the Atom Brain". Thanks for the post, see you tomorrow. Yours, Mike.
