roarvis,
Didn't you have this game when you were a kid? Maybe you are not old enough. It was kind of like the Game of Life (also from Milton-Bradley), except it was more the Game of Death. For three to four players, you played as either Ben, David, Marian or Aunt Liz. The goal was to get out of the Allardyce house without getting killed. You had to cooperate some because if a player got killed the house "regenerated" and you had to basically start all over. Certain rooms lowered your characters health and caused other things to happen, like lose a turn. I can't recall that much, but you wanted to keep Mariam out of Mrs. Allardyce' room and David out of the pool. You might also have needed to keep Ben out of the bar but maybe I'm remembering that wrong b/c he was played by Oliver Reed.
It is long out of production but you can still pick one up on Craigslist – looks like people are selling them in Salem's Lot, Harvest Home and Amityville.

I just wish the movie was released again on DVD/Blu ray since it's OOP and the price is more insane the every Allardyce put together.

Hopefully the anniversary edition will feature the Allardyce photo collection around the edge of the boardgame…
