I will give you a short description of the movies I'm looking for.
Movie 1:
A creepy '60s or '70s (maybe '80s) film where an evil telepathic woman or woman involved with black magic lives in a creepy house on an average street and never goes out. Her husband does everything for her, and there's a young woman involved (I think it's the "good guy" of the movie).
In the end, an old man steps into his car, the car catches fire, and we see the man stepping out of it on fire and falling on the road. And that's the end of the movie.
Movie 2:
An '80s or '90s movie about a dog that went through some kinda genetic experiment in a laboratory. The dog escapes and becomes member of a typical American family, living in a suburban street.
The dog is very protective towards the family.
If I remember correctly, there is a fight between the dog and people in the laboratory, somewhere in the middle of the movie.
The movie ends with a dog giving birth, and the puppy's looking like the dog that was experimented on.
So, I hope you guys can help me out with these two movies.
Thanks in advance!

UNK SEZ: Hopefully one of our astute readers can help you with the first movie you mentioned Goorlap! I'm not sure about that one but I do think the second film might be WATCHERS (1988) based on a novel by DEAN KOONTZ and starring the one and only COREY HAIM!
The second one also sounds like it could be Man's Best Friend with Ally Sheedy and Lance Henrickson.
I think you are right ytsejam! i forgot about that one!
I MUST be wrong on this. I just watched the end of Watchers on youtube (which I should have done yesterday) and the dog does not give birth in it.
but the dog does give birth at the end of "Man's Best Friend"….
From the wikipedia page…
"Three months later, Lori is going for a walk with Spike (whom she has replaced Max with), and as she passes Rudy's home, Rudy invites her in to see the new litter of puppies Heidi just had. All of them look like Heidi, except one little black dog which looks like Max."
That sounds like it could be it!!!
and here I used all these Watchers images for the post!
I'm putting myself in the doghouse!
Forgive me Ally Sheedy!
This certainly doesn't match all of the details for #1, but the description made me think fondly of The Sorcerors, with Boris Karloff. I haven't seen this film in years; I don't think it's available on DVD. That is a real shame because it's a pretty good movie, and one of only three films directed by Michael Reeves (the others are The She-Beast with Barbara Steele and The Conqueror Worm with Vincent Price). It's really a science fiction set-up rather than witchcraft; Karloff plays a scientist who develops a machine that hypnotizes Ian Ogilvy and allows Karloff and his wife to not only control Ogilvy's actions, but also feel his sensations. The wife becomes increasingly thrill-addicted, resulting in some serious vicarious violence (not to mention beating up her husband IRL). Karloff is horrified and the only way he can stop her is to direct Ogilvy to crash his car. When the car (and Ogilvy) go up in flames, Karloff and his wife burn up as well. The end. I would love to get my hands on a copy of this (although I do remember some very dated 60's 'freak-out' music and action). Sorry, Goorlap, not what you're looking for, I suspect, but it was a reminder of an old friend.
Slim chance #2 might be "Atomic Dog" as well. I don't think it involved actual experimentation, but it does end with the standard "could it happen again?" set-up with a distinctly-marked and particularly angry puppy standing out in a newborn litter…
If only it was C.H.O.M.P.S!
Wow. It's definitely not Watchers 2 (1990). That movie incredibly ends with a dog giving a dying monster a teddy bear.
