Saturday afternoons, in the 1970s, my brother and I would watch Channel 50's (out of Detroit) Chiller Theatre. The station would show two horror movies, back to back. One movie has stayed with me, and I would love to find it and view it again.
All I can remember is that it is a black and white movie, the heroine was a lady with long, blonde hair, and she is being chased through a forest/woods. The creature chasing her has the body of a human, is wearing a dark pants outfit, and has the head of a pig-like creature. There is also a deadly silver Frisbee being thrown around the woods and the lady knows to avoid it at all costs.
That's all I can remember, can you help me find this movie?
If you weren't so dead sure about it being the 70s, I'd say this sounds a whole lot like Without Warning (1980). Other than that,I don't know. Zontar, The Thing From Venus, maybe?
This sounds like an episode of the original "Outer Limits" series – "Fun and Games." While it's not a silver Frisbee (it's a razored boomerang), it seems to match the rest of your description, Jenni. Does this creature on the VHS box look familiar?

I'm at work and can't access YouTube, but I'm guessing you might find some clips there, maybe even the entire episode…
Here's the full episode on Fancast…

I'm going to suggest it isn't "Brainiac," as the creature in that film never had to chase anyone (he either appeared human until he had his victims hypnotized, or they just stood there and let him walk up and murder 'em), and the "comet" came in two forms: a static, amateurish out-of-focus painting, and a large iceberg-shaped hunk of paper-mache that is dropped from the studio ceiling.
It is such a great movie.
After seeing Brainiac, I make sure my credenza always has a lovely serving dish filled with brains. You know, in case company drops by…
