Hello everyone, I love your site, I check it out almost everyday. Well, #2 ,# 3 and #9 are familiar, but #4 is definitely little Billy from Silent Night Deadly Night Part 1 (or a flashback scene from Part 2, lol).
I probably won't get too many of these but I'll give it a go before the comments fill up… 1. Cujo 2. Alone in the Dark 3. Mother's Day (?) 4. No idea but that kid looks so familiar! 5. The girl looks a lot like Kim Richards but it isn't her. I have a feeling this is from some early '80s psychological thriller rather than a straight-up horror movie but I can't place it. 6. Eaten Alive (?) 7. My Bloody Valentine 8. Dawn of the Dead remake 9. Sleepaway Camp (?) 10. No idea! Of all of these, I'm most curious to find out about 4 and 5. I know I'll be kicking myself when I hear what they are!

I really need to wake up earlier to beat you guys… seriously.
Damn, I'm not getting up early enough. I know some of these.
Mickster, you are right on #3. It's Kiss Daddy Goodbye (anyway, I think that's the name. It's the one with Fabian) and I knew #2 (Alone in the Dark) too AND well, all the ones Jeff mentioned (or most).
Damn!
#4 is Silent Night, Deadly Night (visiting grandpa! My favorite scene!)
Mickster is correct with Possession of Joel Delaney and Jeff is correct with Rogue!
Amanda,
You are not going crazy. Even though Thunderknight left his comment before you it was still in limbo waiting to be approved and not posted yet by the time you left yours.
One last hint on #9
It is an early 80's slasher that shares a title with both a Vincent Price movie AND a Kirstie Alley movie!!!
I guess #10 would have to be 1981's Madhouse (aka There Was A Little Girl). Just saw a review of the DVD in Rue Morgue – haven't seen the movie itself yet.
Uncle, I'll settle for a tie with Amanda, since that was my very first post, lol! By the way, it's nice to meet everyone, love your site here, I see some of you are with Retro Slashers, great site as well. I've been a horror movie fan most of my 36 years, waiting for my son to become a middle teenager so I can share these lost 'classics' with him. I read the last 8 Name That Traumatot blogs and I knew at least 4 or five of each. Now, bring on round 10.
By the way I love Madhouse. If you have not seen it it is crazy over the top corny but awesome too. Its like a gothic romance novel fused with a slasher film with Italian horror visual flourishes. You can't take it too seriously but it instantly makes you feel like a kid staying up and watching some old haunted house movie. ( I was going to link to a review for it but apparently I am the only person in the world who does not hate it…so maybe don't go by me!) O.k. well that is it for this week. Next week  I think we can get ten more in but Aunt john's going to have to oversee things cuz I plan to be in NYC. Hope you guys have a great weekend and we should have some new "Name that Trauma!'s up tomorrow!
AHHHH! My husband had off today so I was nowhere near my computer….so I missed this! But to be totally honest the only ones I know right off the bat is #2 ALONE IN THE DARK and #4 SILENT NIGHT DEADLY NIGHT!
I love it! You guys picked a pic that reminds me of my Very Favorite Scene Of SILENT NIGHT DEADLY NIGHT where Billy is left alone with Grandpa! I think ive said it before but it bears repeating – That is one of my TOP 5 Horror Moments! Bad as that film is Grandpa popping out of his comatose state to tell Billy about the Evils Of Santy Claus is right up there with the pigs blood on CARRIE and Jack Nicholson breaking through the door and screaming "Heres Johnny"!
Lance, I HAD a positive review of Madhouse on RS, but while they're reconstructing, it's not online. I'm a BIG fan of that movie… Very underrated.
Mama, I think that scene from SNDN is one of my fave horror moments too!
Welcome thunderknight, we're all super huge Kinder fans here! I am always telling people about it (and am in fact sending a link to the site to a friend of mine right now!)…

#5: Dang, Mickster beat me to it!
Here's my guesses for 9 & 10…
9. Demons 2
10. Rogue
Yeah, Riptide totally gave it away. But Mickster beat me to it. Also I didn't see that someone else got Silent Night already. Damn.

Oops – I meant "9"!

Jeff gets it with Madhouse!Â

Welcome aboard thunderknight! Like Amanda, I am obviously a big fan of Kindertrauma and share it with as many people as possible.
