The movie "Little Monsters" was marketed as a kid's comedy movie. It was terrifying. Creepy monsters running around, monsters under your bed. Not to mention the main monster had the back of his HEAD OFF, SHOWING HIS BRAINS.

It came out when I was a kid, I remember the previews on TV. I saw the VHS box at the video rental store all the time.
Plus, the movie was right up my creepy little alley. I just somehow managed to never watch it.
I saw this movie when I was around ten or eleven and parts of it unsettled me. Boy's true face….the hunchback guy…the eerie feeling I got from the underground monster world in general was enough to make me feel oogy.
My mom taped it off the TV, and apparently it was edited because I didn't see the hunchback take the kid's head off. I watched the movie over and over, despite being unsettled, because I had a crush on Maurice.
